If you are using version 2.1.3 upwards, you can now bypass the dates defined in your article's "Start Publishing", "Finish Publishing" or "Created Date" and display your article on whatever date or dates you want, without having to worry about your article appearing with weird dates, or for it being unpublished (so it cannot be read) because the start publishing date is in the future.
This can be achieved by using the following expressions in the article's metadata description field.
{start:yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss:start}
{end:yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss:end}
NOTE: From version 2.1.4 the datetimes above must be in the site's timezone. So if you are e.g. in +2 time zone, you no longer need to subtract 2 hours from your time, like in 2.1.3.
You should use both expressions to bypass both start and end date at all times. If you only provide one, The other one will be filled in depending on your settings on the module's configuration. This can be tricky, since you might end up with an end date that is before the start date.
